Maintenance Contracts for Emergency Lighting, Fixed Wire test and Air Conditioning Units.

Luxco have expanded their services with maintenance contracts now being offered on a 12 month contract and 12 monthly payments, combined in the cost you can have all or part of these services with the ability to pick and choose to suit your needs and your pocket:

• 11 x monthly Visit to carry out an emergency light test within your buildings
• 6 month or yearly full shut down, you decide which you require
• Full 3 hour shut down test – at a time to suit you,
• A maintenance log of what was carried out and when to be emailed monthly
• Any advisories for work that is needed eg. Replacement bulb etc
• A reminder and booking in of next test
• A yearly A/C full maintenance with reminder booking
• Yearly EV charging point maintenance
• Fixed wire test can be carried out within the life of the plan

All of these services are on a pay monthly plan that includes a dedicated account manager at the end of the phone to help and advise you what needs to be done and when, no more trying to locate paper work, we manage the whole process for you – simply.
